FLI Character Education Program
Leadership:
Leadership skills allow students to be in control of their lives and the ability to make things happen. Leadership instills confidence and helps students to solve problems creatively, work in teams, and work collaboratively with others.
Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They help build an inspiring vision, incentivize, motivate and influence with the purpose of working for the common good.
Characteristics of a leader in FLI: Proactive, Autonomous, Independent, Motivated, Passionate, Innovative, Social Leader, Humble, Creative, Team Player, Risk Taker.
Personal Best:
Always give your best, look for the best solutions and have the best attitude to face life.
Characteristics of someone that gives their best effort: Positive Attitude, Effort, Growth Mindset, Lifelong Learning, Perseverant, Resilient, Committed, Self Aware, Open to Listening, Learning and Growing from Every Experience.
Integrity:
Always do the right thing in all contexts, inside and outside the school, no matter how difficult it is, even if no one is watching.
Characteristics of someone with integrity: Honest, Respectful, Responsible, Trustworthy, Reliable, Courageous, Loyal dignity.
Caring:
Show kindness and concern for others and the environment around us.
Characteristics of someone caring: Kind, Understanding, Thoughtful, Actively Empathetic.
Citizenship:
A good citizen knows his duties and rights, he is interested in being better and better and in fulfilling in the best way his role in the community and its different environments: the School, the family, the city, the country, the world, the digital environment. etc. A good citizen actively participates and works so that each of their environments is better.
Characteristics of a good citizen: Global, Civic Digital, Awareness of others, Fair, Honest, Responsible.
